JUDGING

At DNU we understand the importance of having an educated and qualified panel of judges to help ensure that coaches and dancers have an enjoyable, fair and competitive experience. Each routine will have designated points earned for choreography, execution, showmanship, and the overall and visual effect. Registrants will be provided with three recordings of voice commentary, and electronic score sheets from three highly experienced judges.

SOLO/DUET/TRIO JUDGING

Routines will be split into groups of 4 competitors in the same age division, skill level and genre category
Each routine will be awarded a ranking based on the DANCE NATION RANKING
Depending on the number of registrants, groups may have less than 4

TEAM JUDGING

Team routines will be split into groups of 4 or less routines in the same age division, skill level, and genre category
Each routine will be awarded a ranking by the DANCE NATION RANKINGS
